Item Exchange Policies

 

Here in Boccadamo, we greatly value your satisfaction as a customer! Thus, you can rest assured that we will promptly replace all damaged or defective products that you have availed from us.

Please make sure that the product/s you have availed or pre-ordered are to your liking as we do not accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges.

Earrings availed from us are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.

Should the product arrived damaged or defective, please email us immediately at gfco.opmgr@gmail.com, and attach a high-quality picture of the product in question as well. All request for exchanges will only be eligible for seven (7) days from the delivery date. 

Products for replacement must be unworn with price tag attached and sealed in its original packaging. Proof of purchase you received together with the product must also be included in the package. Shipping fees charged on return deliveries will be shouldered by us.
